Community Impact through Tiny Homes

Let's Build Something Great Together

A Personal Mission

As many of you know, I’m passionate about giving back to our community. Recently, I had the privilege of volunteering with Sound Foundations NW, a Tiny Home Building community. Their mission is simple but powerful: to combat homelessness by providing transitional housing. These tiny homes are often the first step toward stability, offering our unhoused neighbors a safe, warm place with a locked door as they transition to permanent housing. This nonprofit works alongside local social workers, helping residents find jobs or begin trade school programs, creating pathways toward lasting change.

GOAL 1

1 Year, 4 Tiny Homes

After this deeply rewarding experience, I felt called to do more. My first goal is to physically help build four tiny homes over the next year, one each quarter. I can’t express how fulfilling it was to dedicate my time and energy to something that will change lives—not just for a day, but for a lifetime.

GOAL 2

Fund 3 Tiny Homes

My second goal is to purchase three tiny homes, totaling $13,500. As part of my commitment to our community, I plan to donate a percentage of my real estate commissions to support Sound Foundations NW. If you or anyone you know could benefit from my services, I would be grateful for a referral. Your support will not only receive my full dedication, but together we’ll be contributing to meaningful change.

Many of you asked how you can get involved, and I would love your help!

There are 11 spots available on a first-come, first-served basis, and lunch will be provided. I’m also planning the next build for January, which I hope will align with my birthday weekend. Please register at the link below, and let's continue to uplift our community together!

Sound Foundation NW

Sound Foundations NW's mission is to build transitional tiny homes that provide warm, safe, and dry shelter for homeless individuals, helping them off the streets for years. They have created a standardized system for constructing durable homes while fostering a supportive community among volunteers and residents. By emphasizing safety and teamwork, they not only address immediate housing needs but also build lasting friendships and connections.
